No rain..high temperatures in the 90's. Our last rain was on July 29th with only 2 inches that week. Before that it-had rained on June 26th. Needless to say the drought has taken its toll on trees, crops,, pastures, shrubs and flowers. The days are shortening with it being dark at 8 p.m. now. Not a lot of sighting of wild animals or birds because of the heat. Glad we got those ponds cleaned last summer. The water is needed for the animals. Pray for rain.
