  • Ida Joann Lingard, 74, of Bevier, MO, passed away Monday, June 17, 2013, at the Loch Haven Nursing Home in Macon.
    Ida was born on February 16, 1939, in Owensville, MO, the daughter of Floyd and Lorie (Jett) Farris.  She was united in marriage to Ronald Lingard on Oct 16, 1957, in Newtown, MO.  Ida was a member of the Bevier Baptist Church, and enjoyed going Sunday school, church, and especially the children at church.
    She is survived by her husband Ronald of the home; four children, Debbie Cross of Macon, Ronald Lingard, Jr. and wife LeeAnn of Macon, Tony Lingard and wife Karen of Moberly, MO, Paul Lingard and wife Carolyn of Macon; five grandchildren, Christopher Lewis, Ausha Lingard, Willie Campbell, Brandon Kerns, Jena Lingard, Jake Lingard; three great grandchildren, several brothers and sisters, and numerous nieces and nephews.
    Ida was preceded in death by her parents, one granddaughter, April Campbell, one sister Gloria Koch, and one niece Theresa.
    Funeral services will be held Friday, June 21, 2013, at 2pm at the Bevier Baptist Church in Bevier.  Burial will be in East Oakwood Cemetery New Addition.  Visitation will be Friday afternoon from 12 noon until the time of the service.  Memorials can be made to the family.  Services are under the direction of Greening-Eagan-Hayes Funeral Homes.
