Macon men charged with attempting to manufacture meth

The Macon County Sheriffs Office  executed a search warrant around 7 p.m. Thursday night at a house on North Rubey in Macon. The sheriffs office were assisted at the scene by Macon Police Department.
According to Macon County Sheriff Robert Dawson Rusty Davis, 51, and Ryan Connell, 30, of Macon were charged with attempting to manufacture methamphetamine.
Sheriff Dawson said several components that are used to make meth were taken from the home.
