The Lady Cats looked just as good as last year as they rolled past Green City Thursday, 11-1, in five innings.
Cheyenne Shelmadine pitched all five innings, allowing the one run on two hits, walking four and striking out five Lady Gophers.
Dominica Prokup was 1-3 with two stolen bases, a walk and two runs scored. Valle Wilson was 1-3 with a stolen base, RBI and a run scored.
Cheyenne Shelmadine was 2-4 with a double and two RBIs. Lynnsey Keen was 1-4 with a double, RBI and a run scored.
Sydney Couch had a great game, going 3-3 with three triples, three RBIs and three runs scored.
Latisha Teter was 1-1 with two stolen bases, a walk, a run scored, and a hit-by-pitch.
Christina Templeton was 0-1 with a walk, a run scored and a hit-by-pitch.
