Mary Christina (Sutton) Wilson, 93, of Macon, MO, passed away on Wednesday, January 25, 2012, at the Loch Haven Nursing Home in Macon, MO.
Christina was born February 2, 1918, in Leonard, MO, the daughter of James Clarence and Lelah Helen (Pitzer) Sutton. On March 8, 1936, she was united in marriage to Joseph Henry Wilson in Clarence, MO.  She served beside her husband in the Church of the Nazarene for 40 years.  She was a wife, beloved mother and homemaker and loved to sew, cook and entertain.
Christina is survived by  one son, Joe H. Wilson, Jr. (Frances) of Surprise, AZ; four daughters,  Carolyn Buker (Byron) of Bedford, IN, Barbara Taylor of West Plains, MO,  Margery Waller ( Richard) of Macon, MO, and Linda Kincheloe (Vern) of Macon, MO, one sister, Lula Faye Blaise ; thirteen grandchildren, thirty-five great-grandchildren,  and several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband and two sisters, Ida Mae Tate and Margery Eldora Edwards.
Funeral services will be Saturday, January 28, 2012, at 10:00 am at Macon Church of the Nazarene with Reverend Kelly Perry officiating.  Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery in Macon, MO.  Visitation will be Friday evening, January 27, 2012, from 5:00 -to 7:00 pm at Hutton and McElwain Funeral Home in Macon.   The family suggests memorials to the Macon Church of the Nazarene.
