Members of the Macon Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) Chapter recently attended the 2011 Missouri District 3 Leadership Conference held on February 18, in Kirksville.

Three delegates from the Macon FBLA chapter will attend the State Leadership Conference in Columbia, MO, April 17-19. Ruth Rash, Richelle Shoemaker, and Lydia McClellan are the local chapter advisers and accompanied the students to the conference.
FBLA is a career and technical student organization for all high school students participating in business programs. Over 400 members and advisers representing 18 chapters throughout the district met to elect state officers, transact business of the district, participate in leadership and career workshops, and compete in the district leadership awards program.
