Peggy's Lime Jell-O
1 large box lime Jell-O
2 cups boiling water
Put in blender, add 8 oz. cream cheese
Drain 1 can fruit cocktail, put juice in blender. Blend.
Pour in bowl & let set up or thicken.
Mix in fruit cocktail and 8 ounce Cool Whip, thawed.
You can substitute fruit cocktail with peaches or pineapple. Marshmallows may be added.
