    Judy Williams is the new president of the Macon County 4-H Council. Linda Moots is vice-president, Donna Clarkson is secretary, Karen Peters is treasurer and Reba Lewis is reporter.
    A front page story told of the 50 years of operation by the Macon Municipal Utilities has been run by the non-partisan Board of Public Works. Frank Briggs made separating the Board of Public Works from the City Council the main issue of his 1930 campaign for mayor.
    Tomorrow's Citizen was Stephen Eugene Stull, son of Mr. & Mrs. Laverne Stull of Atlanta.
    Tina Fitzsimmons was selected as the ALAC's candidate for MEC Queen.
