    Macon Chronicle-Herald staff reporter Jim Bolin was to cover the appearance of President Ronald Reagan in Columbia.
    New Macon Senior Housing Inc. president Don Niederhauser presented a special plaque of appreciation to outgoing president Herman Wood.
    Father Buhman performed the marriage ceremony of Mary E. Means of Macon and Louis J. Mihalevich of Kirksville. Attendants were Kay Barton and Jack Ladd.
    A fish processing plant built by FERCOM owner Floyd E. Riley of Hunstville will be built in Moberly. Other towns in the running for the plant included: Macon, Brookfield, Trenton and Hannibal.
