On March 15 at approximately 2:10 p.m., the Macon Police Department was called to assist a Macon County Probation and Parole Officer during a home visit in the 300 block of East Sheridan Street. Upon arrival, evidence of drug paraphernalia was noted by all officers causing the Macon Police Department to apply and obtain a search warrant for narcotics and drug paraphernalia being kept within the residence. During the search, officers seized evidence including a substance believed to be methamphetamine and numerous items of drug paraphernalia.
Macon PD applied for arrest warrants for the following: Heather R. Fisher, 30 of Macon, arrested for possession of controlled substance (meth) as well as having an active probation warrant; Manley C. Lampkin, 29 of Macon, arrested for possession of controlled substance (meth), possession of controlled substance (prescription medication), and an active probation warrant; David M. Havens, 30 of Macon, possession of controlled substance (meth).
All three subjects were transported to the Macon County Jail to be held in lieu of bond.
