A vote was taken at Macon public schools in hopes of resolving furor over the Board of Educations decision not to rehire Supt. Charles D. Fischer. The teacher voted 62-23 in favor of the board’s decision.
Tomorrow’s Citizen was Jennifer Koger, daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Richard Koger.
Jill Durden of Macon, a sophomore at Missouri Baptist College in Hannibal was selected to a roll in the play “I Pennant for the Kremlin”. Jill is the daughter of Eunice Durden of Macon.
