Charges filed for Wednesday's fire/drug bust

Alan Lee White, 55, of Macon was arrested Wednesday after the Macon Fire Department responded to a residential fire.

White was charged with manufacturing a controlled substance in a home with a child, possession with intent to distribute and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

White is being held at the Macon County Jail under a $50,000 cash bond. His initial arraignment is scheduled for January 17 at 1 p.m.
