The National FFA organization has announced that Austin Clithero was selected to receive a CTB, Inc., (Chore Time Brock) grant in the amount of $1,000 to improve Austin’s career development experience known as a Supervised Agricultural Experience. An SAE is a practical application of classroom concepts designed to provide real experiences and develop skills in agriculturally related career areas. To be eligible, the student must be in grades 7-11, have an SAE and be a member of FFA. Clithero is a member of the Macon FFA Chapter and was selected from hundreds of applicants nationwide. Clithero’s grant for an Animal Systems SAE is sponsored by CTB, Inc. (Chore Time Brock) as a special project of the National FFA Foundation.
