  • Cases heard in the Macon County Circuit Court

  • The following cases were heard in the Macon County Circuit Court. SES means Suspended Execution of Sentence, SIS means Suspended Imposition of Sentence.
    Standard terms of probation that are: to pay all court costs; reimburse the county for all medical, dental or pharmacy bills while in jail; attend and successfully complete chemical dependency  evaluation and complete recommended treatment;  not to possess alcohol or enter into any establishment where alcohol is the primary item sold; consent to search of person, car or residence by any law enforcement or probation officer; consent to blood, breath or urine tests by any law enforcement or probation officer.
    The cases were heard by Circuit Judge Rick Tucker unless otherwise noted.

    Jordan R. Dawson of Macon was sentenced to four years in the department of corrections for felony possession of a controlled substance, 30 days jail for possession of marijuana, and 30 days for unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, counts are to run concurrent.
    John F. Myers Jr. of Macon was ordered to pay $13,907.87 restitution as a condition for his probation for felony burglary.
    Rebecca S. Nokes, of Jacksonville was given a SIS and placed on three years probation for felony possession of a controlled substance; sentenced to two days in a county jail for unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
    Randall L. Perkins Sr. of Moberly was given an SIS and placed on five years probation for three counts of felony burglary.
    Jeffrey C. Ramsey of Macon was given an SIS and placed on five years probation for felony unlawful use of a weapon;  serve 120 days for endangering the welfare of a child.
    Justin N. Teter of Macon was sentenced to four years incarceration, SES, for felony theft/stealing and placed on five years probation.
    Kara M. Haun, of Macon was given an SIS and placed on 24 months probation for endangering the welfare of a child.
    Trey J. Head of Macon was sentenced to three years in the department of corrections for felony possession of a controlled substance with credit for time served on another case.
    Joshua E. Knowles, of St. Joseph was sentenced to 120 days incarceration for felony assault, sentence to run concurrent with other confinements in the department of corrections.
    Cody M. Nokes, of Minnesota was given an SIS and placed on five years probation for felony burglary and felony theft/stealing; three days in a county jail for property damage; given an SIS and placed on five years probation for felony stealing a motor vehicle.
    Chandra F.. Robbins, aka Chandra F. Schmidt was sentenced to 120 days incarceration, SES, and placed on two years probation for unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
    Richard Wahl, of Shelbina was sentenced to two years incarceration, SES, and placed on five years probation for felony theft/stealing.
