The annual Chamber of Commerce Christmas Parade was held in perfect weather on Friday night in downtown Macon. Santa made his entrance riding on a fire engine. Grand Marshals for the parade were Gabe and Sandy Gabriel. The parade route ended at Jackson Street Park where the Randy Johnson Memorial Fund group served cookies and hot chocolate. A long line of children waited to sit on Santa's lap and tell him what they wanted for Christmas. Watch for more photos from the parade and park on our website at www.maconch.com.
