  • Billie J. Spaid was sentenced to 25 months in prison involving his possession of child pornography in December 2010.
    Spaid, 36, of Macon, pled guilty in July to one felony count of possession of child pornography, and appeared today for sentencing before United States District Judge Jean C. Hamilton.
    This case was investigated by the Kirksville Office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Macon Police Department and the Kirksville Regional Computer Crime Unit. Assistant United States Attorney Rob Livergood handled the case for the U.S. Attorney's Office.
